I’ts almost gator season!
What the heck does gator hunting have to do with real estate?
I guess it’s like deer hunting in the north (except you don’t freeze your butt off). It only comes once a year ( twice actually if you don’t get your limit during the main season)and it’s a heck of a lot of fun.
So I sell real estate all year and mostly at bargin prices, and like to go gator hunting for a few days during the summer. It’s fun because they can eat you if you’re not careful.
I don’t know if most people know that you have to hunt them at night and you can’t use a gun.
Does anyone else hunt alligators that might want to share some experiences?

I just read in the Charlotte Sun and heard on national news that prices are recovering in the North East and Midwest. That isn’t the case in SW Florida. The deals here are unreal! I just made an offer for a multi family property of $50K. It’s a short sale and circa 1958 in need of repair. I don’t know if they will accept it or not. There aren’t a lot of deals like that but there are loads of deals on nearly new homes. You can get a hurricane standard house only a few years old for around $80K
